Do you have a keen interest in science and science communications? Are you interested in travelling on a science communications bus from Ireland to Italy this summer?
The bus will be travelling from Dublin to Turin, the host of European City of Science 2010, as part of the publicity campaign for Dublin’s role as the 2012 City of Science.
It will visit a number of centres of scientific interest in Europe on the way, and Discover Science & Engineering is looking for participants to travel on the bus.
They will report back on their meetings and events along the way via daily blogs and webcasts of interviews.
The bus will go from Dublin via the UK to Amsterdam, Brussels and Dusseldorf before arriving in Turin for City of Science 2010, which takes place from 2-7 July.
The bus will depart Dublin on the 20 June and the trip is scheduled to last approximately four weeks.
The return journey to Dublin will include stops in Barcelona and Toulouse.
