Could life exist elsewhere in the universe? Do black holes really exist? Are there planets around stars beyond our sun? Find out more about studying physics at UCD and get careers information at the Physics Open Evening for 5th and 6th year students.

Who should attend?

This event is aimed at 6th years who are interested in studying Phsyics at UCD and have specific questions for staff about Physics (DN008), Physics with Astronomy and Space Science (DN033) or Theoretical Physics (DN031). It is also suitable for 5th year students who are considering studying physics at third level and would like to find out more about the subject and the career opportunities.

Mature students are also very welcome to attend the evening.
