Lifetime Lab, Cork
The Lifetime Lab in the old Cork city waterworks is a science venue for all ages.
Its attractions include a modern interactive exhibition, steam centre, themed playground, and beautifully restored buildings and equipment.
The waterworks supplied water to Cork city from the 1760s onwards. The original buildings and machinery have been carefully restored and are now being used to tell the story of where water comes from and how vital it is for our everyday lives.
